NWCA Scholarship Foundation

With the economy as it is and being hit so hard by the recession, we have decided to
get "Back to Basics" and help our own organization this year.

The NWCA Scholarship Foundation is set up for the continued education of our military children and spouses.  We understand how difficult it is to get the local stores, companies or organizations to help with college scholarships.   Especially if you did not grow up in the area or you have moved there recently, due to your families being military.

NWCA grants Thirty (30) scholarships annually to eligible sons and daughters of enlisted members of the Navy,
Marine Corps and Coast Guard on active duty, retired with pay, or deceased.

We also grant these following scholarships:

• To a member of NWCA
• To a SPOUSE (not children) of the enlisted Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard who are continuing their education,
• Two other scholarships are set up for a child of an NWCA member who does NOT carry a military ID card usually because he/she has reached the adult age or has married.
