Today the NWCA Tidewater Area Council gathered at Cheddars, Newport News, Virginia to celebrate the 83rd Birthday of The Navy Wives Clubs of America, Inc. This Council includes all of the local NWCA Clubs in the Tidewater Virginia Area. A wonderful time of conversation and good food was enjoyed by everyone.
